4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Your Gift Card is redeemable at Chico Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa. Please notify us at time of booking that this gift card is to be used, and present it to a staff member when checking-in to your appointment. Treatments are subject to availability. This gift card is non-refundable and no cash refund is available for partial use. This is a multi-use gift card. The amount used by the recipient will automatically be deducted from the gift card and, if a balance remains, the gift card can be used again for a future visit. Monetary amount does not expire.
