Wake up to a hearty breakfast buffet for two in the Historic Dining Room (gratuity included) and unwind with full access to our soothing hot springs throughout your stay.
Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.
- There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
- Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
- You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
- Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
- After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
- If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.
Terms and Conditions:
Stay dates available from December 3, 2025, to May 21, 2026. Offer valid Sunday through Thursday only. Excludes alcoholic and specialty beverages. Excludes Chalets or Homes. Exclusions, blackout dates, and other restrictions may apply. Offer not valid for groups and cannot be combined with other offers. Existing reservations may be subject to restrictions. Taxes and fees included in this package are 8% lodging tax and a 1% community impact fee.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel your Winter Getaway Package, including the dinner reservation, at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time.
Cancellation Methods: You may cancel your reservation online or by contacting our guest services team. Please retain your cancellation confirmation for your records.
Package Inseparability: The lodging and dinner reservation at the Chico Historic Dining Room are part of the Winter Getaway Package and cannot be modified or refunded separately.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in a charge for the entire package.
Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Chico Hot Springs Management. Proof of extenuating circumstances may be required.
