3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Can be used for stays from January 6, 2025, through May 15, 2025, based on availability. Available Sunday through Thursday nights only. Excludes the following blackout dates, Sunday of Martin Luther King Jr. holiday (January 19, 2025), Sunday of President’s Day (February 17, 2025), St. Patrick's Day (March 16, 2025) and Easter (Sunday, April 20, 2025) other exclusions may apply.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel your Winter Getaway Package, including the dinner reservation, at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time.

Cancellation Methods: You may cancel your reservation online or by contacting our guest services team. Please retain your cancellation confirmation for your records.

Package Inseparability: The lodging and dinner reservation at the Chico Historic Dining Room are part of the Winter Getaway Package and cannot be modified or refunded separately.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in a charge for the entire package.

Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Chico Hot Springs Management. Proof of extenuating circumstances may be required.
